TERMS & CONDITIONS (AGB) – SWISS LAW ONLY
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via shop.rrreefs.com, operated by rrreefs AG.

3. Products
We sell:
- Digital certificates (delivered electronically).
- Socks (physical product).
4. Prices
Prices are shown in CHF.
Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
5. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout and receive an order confirmation email.
6. Payment
Payment methods are provided by Shopify and may include credit cards, PayPal, or other providers.
Payment must be made before delivery.
7. Delivery
Digital products are delivered within 3 days period via email, as we review each order manually to best personlize your order.
Physical products are brought to the post withing 3 days and then shipped to the address provided.
8. No Returns / No Refunds
Digital Certificates
Digital certificates cannot be refunded or returned.
Socks (Physical Product)
For reasons of hygiene and sustainability, socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check sizes and colors carefully before purchasing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving it at info@rrreefs.com so we can resolve the issue.
9. Liability
rrreefs AG is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Liability for auxiliary persons is excluded to the legally permitted extent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
